By signing up for Dog Days, you’ll be supporting our local community, promoting mental health awareness, and spreading the love for our favorite furry friends.     Please note:
    * If a food vendor, participants agree to follow Allen County Board of Health, Indiana State Board of Health and CDC guidelines.
    * Vendor participation is subject to approval and is not guaranteed. You will receive an email confirmation.
    * All participants must provide their own tables and tent.
    * Each vendor must display a sign identifying the name of the business.
    * Vendors are required to know and have appropriate labeling and/or permits required.
    * Vendors agree by signing this application form to accept the following hold harmless clause:

    All authorized vendors participating in the Dog Days of Autumn Event agree that they are independent operators and shall be individually liable for any loss, personal injury, deaths, and/or any other damages that may occur as a result of the vendors negligence or that of its employees, agents or associates. All vendors agree to indemnify and save The Content Creators of Color Project, and their employees & agents harmless from any loss, costs, damages and other expenses, including attorney’s fees, suffered or incurred by The Content Creators of Color Project, their employees & agents by reason of the vendor’s negligence or intentional misconduct or that of its employees, agents, and associates. It is recommended that each vendor carry his or her own personal and product liability insurance.
