The Content Creators of Color Project is a committee of Start Fort Wayne, led by two Co-Chairs and a “Head Committee” (leadership team). While our membership is open to all creators who identify as persons of color, our Head Committee positions are reserved for ciswomen, trans folx, and gender-nonconforming individuals. We recognize that issues of race and ethnicity are interwoven with those of gender and sexuality and we believe investing these voices with authority is a crucial step towards equity and representation in our industries.
